Water Proofing
Waterproofing is the process of making an object or structure waterproof or water-resistant so that it remains relatively unaffected by water or resisting the ingress of water under specified conditions.
Rectification Work
Rectification prior to completion of works where defects are discovered prior to practical completion, the contract usually requires the contractor to rectify the problem as soon as practicable. The cost will be covered by the contractor.
